Banana Bread Waffles

Ah, banana bread… one of my all-time favorite treats. There is nothing better than a fresh out of the oven, warm slice of banana bread with a little melted butter on top.

Mmmm… it's making my mouth water just thinking about it.

So, when I found a recipe for banana bread waffles on Pinterest, I just HAD to try them. I did alter the original recipe because it was for “overnight” yeasted waffles and I didn't read it until the morning of.
