water

apple cider

scoop
vanilla protein powder
1/2
tsp
ground cinnamon
1/2
cup
ice
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Add more or less ice according to taste and how thick you like your smoothie.
Serve and enjoy!
