I’ve been using Beachbody on Demand for as long as its been out. Being a mom of 4 it’s hard for me to get out of the house some days, let alone 4-5 days a week to get to the gym. I love that I can get a good workout done, at-home, while the kids are napping or watching cartoons on their iPad.

I actually use the older version of this stand to hold my weights. This one must be the updated version and is a lot nicer than the one I have but it’s the same price. Win win.

These are the dumbbells that I use everyday (or most days) when I workout. I love that you can adjust the weight all the way from 5lbs to 52.5lbs and choose the weight you need for that particular exercise. Also, they take up so little space that you can store them just about anywhere.
