Bowflex SelectTech 552

These are the dumbbells that I use everyday (or most days) when I workout. I love that you can adjust the weight all the way from 5lbs to 52.5lbs and choose the weight you need for that particular exercise. Also, they take up so little space that you can store them just about anywhere.

Beachbody on Demand

I’ve been using Beachbody on Demand for as long as its been out. Being a mom of 4 it’s hard for me to get out of the house some days, let alone 4-5 days a week to get to the gym. I love that I can get a good workout done, at-home, while the kids are napping or watching cartoons on their iPad.

Fire TV Stick

I love my Fire stick! I mainly use it for streaming my workouts from Beachbody on Demand but I also use it for the kids to watch movies for Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon prime shows. I don’t know what I did before this thing!
