Cheesy Sausage Gnocchi

One pot meals have to be my favorite of all time. Wouldn’t you have to agree?

Crockpot and slow cooker meals are a second behind that.

Cheesy Sausage Gnocchi

Just having everything thrown into one pot to have it cook and not dirty a bunch of different dishes and pans and knives and whatnot to make dinner is seriously a time saver.

For this cheesy sausage gnocchi, I just threw it all into one big pan and cooked it till it was done… basically.

Worked out perfectly and there weren’t any leftovers – which in my house means it was really good. ha!

Cheesy Sausage Gnocchi

The creamy gnocchi paired with the slightly crispy sausage worked perfectly together, then throw a bunch of cheese on top and you have deliciousness in a pan.

Cheese makes everything better.

  1. Wow Jenn this sounds delicious, all of the flavours are spot on… Totally with you on one pot dinners they are just the best, although in our house the person doing the cooking never does the dishes so the cook rarely worries about the mayhem they create in the kitchen 😉

  2. Absolutely delicious recipe! I used fresh garlic and subbed half n half for the heavy cream otherwise followed the recipe. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this, thanks for sharing!

  3. My fiancé and I absolutely LOVE this dish. It’s super easy to make and very delicious. I always add extra cheese on top and throw it in the oven for a few minutes!

  4. This recipe is delicious. Only thing I did was add some fennel seeds to the sausage, used fresh garlic and I used about 1/4 c. parmesan instead of mozzarella. My husband kept saying UMMMMMM! Your seasonings are perfect. Thank you for posting! DELICIOUS!

  5. This was awesome, thank you! I didn’t have cream so i used milk and cream cheese….fabulous and definitely a keeper recipe!

  6. This has become a family favourite! So good and so easy, whether cooked on a rushed weeknight or a lazy Saturday evening. Thanks so much!

  7. I made this last week and it was amazing! Thanks for sharing! I just had one clarification to ask about – should I be draining the canned tomatoes or not draining?

  8. Do you use frozen gnocchi ? I usually have the vacuum packed gnocchi readily available. Can I use that and how would I adjust the cook time
