Today I began my Focus T25 Journey! I’ve been so excited about this program ever since I first heard about it a couple months back. A 25 minute workout, 5 days a week and you’ll get results?

Seriously??

Focus T25 - Day 1

I’ll admit I am a bit skeptical… since I’m used to doing workouts that are at least 45 minutes plus to work up a good sweat and get the heart rate up. But it’s been created by Shaun T, the creator of Insanity and Insanity: The Asylum, so it has to be a good workout. He is definitely known for trying to kill you in the workouts.

Haha.. not really, but it certainly feels like it by the end.

So, we’ll see how it goes. I’m not a huge fan of cardio. I prefer to lift weights but I’m always up for a challenge and looking to try new things. Who knows, maybe I’ll love it?

I was actually quite shocked to see this photo. I definitely indulged a little too much at Coach Summit this year. Time to get back to work and back to my routine!
