Tomorrow is New Year’s Eve and the last day of the decade! It’s crazy to think back on the last 10 years and see everything that’s changed – good and bad. It’s been a crazy ride but I’m grateful to be where I am.
Also, with the end of another month comes our last #lovinglately of the year! #lovinglately December 2019
I’ve actually been thinking a lot about these posts and I’m not 100% sure yet that I’m going to continue them into the new year. I love writing them and finding cute new things but there are some other things in life that I want to focus on for the coming year.
Who knows, maybe if I do decide not to continue them, that I’ll bring them back at some point. Of course, I will still be posting all my new and favorite finds in the shop for you to see and browse there.
With that being said, let’s get to the last #lovinglately of the year – December 2019!
V-Neck Cozy Legging Tee
I used to never get dressed during the days but now that I walk my daughter to school everyday I kind of have to get dressed. Instead of jeans though, I’m wearing leggings and tees and sweaters. Much more comfortable. So I picked this baby up to add to my collection of tunic tops for leggings. I love the subtle leopard print and the cozy fleece-like material.
Eyelash V-Neck Sweater
This is the softest sweater that I have found ever. It’s a beautiful cream color and eyelash material that seems to be everywhere this season. I haven’t worn it yet, but I definitely see myself getting a lot of use out of it.
Time and Tru Eyelash Pullover Sweater
Picked up this baby at Wal-Mart just a couple weeks ago for less than $20. It’s ridiculously soft and I have already worn it a few times… once to a Christmas party and got a ton of compliments on it.
Mid-Rise Ankle Jeans
Abercrombie was having another 50% off sale on their jeans – which is the only time I buy their jeans – so I snagged this pair and the ones below. These have a perfect medium wash and released hem. I wish I would have gotten them in the short length because they flair our just slightly at the ankle instead of lying flat. I’m hoping that will shrink up a bit with washing – all my others have.
Mid-Rise Super Skinny Jeans
I actually haven’t owned a pair of black jeans in a long time so I thought it was time to get some. They are the perfect black color and nice and thick while also being super stretchy. These are the jeans that I wore to the Christmas party a couple weeks back with the wal-mart sweater above.
Aerie Crackle Shine Leggings
I have a pair of leather leggings that are ok… these are so much better. They have a matte finish instead of shiny and also have a pebble texture so not full leather looking which I love.
Time and Tru Core skinny Jeans
Saw these on the shelf while walking out of wal-mart recently and just grabbed them. I tried them on at home and fell in love. They have a little distressing but no too much and a nice mid-high rise.
Nine West Samia Casual Boots
I’ve been on the lookout for a good pair of cognac boots and I think I finally find some winners. My other riding boots are falling apart because I’ve had them so long and I do believe that these beauties will replace them. The slight pointed-toe give them an edgy but dressed up look and the heel is the prefect block height.
Franco Fortini Annie Bootie
I’ve been eyeing these booties for a few months and when I saw them on a BOGO I snatched them up. I got these and then a pair for my daughter. They are suede and have a beautiful wedge heel. They also have a memory foam footbed that makes them super comfortable to walk in.
Xappeal Monica Booties
These were some booties that I grabbed during a Black Friday sale. They were on sale for like $15 and I didn’t have a pair that looked similar so I thought, why not? They also have a memory foam footbed and are not too high of a heel.
