Amazingly low calorie chocolate muffins made with oat flour and applesauce so you can indulge without all the guilt!

Ingredients

cup
oat flour
3
egg whites
3/4
cup
unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2
cup
unsweetened applesauce
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1/2
cup
plain Greek yogurt
1 1/2
tsp
baking powder
1 1/2
tsp
baking soda
1/2
tsp
salt
1
cup
water
1/2
cup
stevia
1/2
cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with foil cupcake liners, or spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients together except for the chocolate chips.
Scoop mixture into prepared muffin pans and sprinkle muffins evenly with chocolate chips.
Bake at 350° F for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool muffins in pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.
