Homemade Whipped Cream


  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp granulated sugar


  1. In a large bowl, whip cream with stand mixer or beaters until stiff peaks are just about to form.

  2. Add vanilla and sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Make sure not to over-beat, cream will then become lumpy and butter-like.

  3. Use to top your favorite drinks or desserts.
