Whole Wheat Apple Pancakes
Delicious apple pancakes made simple in the blender with whole apples, white whole wheat flour, and a dash of cinnamon.

Ingredients

large
apple
cored and quartered
1 1/2
cups
unsweetened almond milk
1 3/4
cup
white whole wheat flour
1 1/2
tsp
baking powder
1/2
tsp
salt
or salt of choice
2
Tbsp
stevia
1/2
tsp
ground cinnamon
1
tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients together in the blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium high heat and scoop 1/4 cup portions onto skillet and cook pancakes until golden brown on each side.
Serve with your choice of topping.
