1cupboneless, skinless chicken breastcooked and shredded
2cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450° F and allow to heat for full 30 minutes or more. Grease baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. If using a pizza stone (like me) just dust with a little flour to prevent sticking.
Roll out dough and stipple top to prevent bubbling; place onto baking sheet or baking stone.
Begin topping pizza by spreading pesto all over dough leaving 2/3 - 3/4 (or more depending on taste) inch for crust.
Evenly spread shredded chicken over pesto, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 450° F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool in pan for 5-10 minutes, then slice and serve immediately.
