Spiced Apple Cider Protein Shake


  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add more or less ice according to taste and how thick you like your smoothie.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
