Preheat electric griddle to medium heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. Add milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the diced bananas and chocolate chips.
Pour batter by 1/4 to 1/3 cupfuls onto pre-heated griddle. Cook until small bubbles begin to form and edges are slightly browned, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook through, about another 2 minutes.
Serve immediately with extra bananas, chocolate chips, and favorite syrup or topping.
