Quick and easy banana and yogurt smoothie with a kick of espresso for a delish afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients
8
oz
unsweetened almond milk
2
tsp
instant espresso powder
1
banana
1
(5oz) tub
vanilla Greek yogurt
2
tsp
honey
1/2
tsp
ground cinnamon
1/2
tsp
ground nutmeg
1
cup
ice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.
If smoothie is too thick, add a splash more almond milk and blend again.
If smoothie is too thin, add more ice and blend again.
