Espresso Banana Smoothie

Espresso Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp instant espresso powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 (5oz) tub vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute until desired consistency is reached.

  2. If smoothie is too thick, add a splash more almond milk and blend again.

  3. If smoothie is too thin, add more ice and blend again.
