Ingredients
2cupsbaby spinachfresh, packed
1lbground beef
1/2smallyellow onionminced
1TbspWorcestershire sauce
1Tbspolive oil
4slicesmonterey jack cheese
Instructions
In the bowl of a food processor, pulse the spinach until finely chopped.
Add spinach to large mixing bowl with ground beef, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix well and form into 4 burger patties.
Heat cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Place patties in pan and cook, 3-4 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
During the last minute of cooking, add sliced cheese and allow to melt.
Remove from pan, place on burger bun with your favorite burger toppings.
