Watermelon Kiwi Prosecco Punch

Watermelon Kiwi Prosecco Punch


  • 6 cups fresh watermelon cubed
  • 4 kiwi peeled
  • 1/2 cup watermelon vodka
  • 1 (750ml) bottle prosecco


  1. In a blender, add watermelon cubes and kiwi. Blend on hig for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

  2. Pour mixture through fine mess strainer into large jug to remove seeds and pulp. Add vodka and stir.

  3. Pour watermelon mixture 1/2 way into glass and top with prosecco. Garnish with mint and extra kiwi slices, if desired and serve.
