Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Pasta Salad

Delicious pasta salad made with fresh made basil pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, and peas and can be served either warm or cold.

Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Pasta Salad

  • 1 lb cavatappi pasta
  • 1 cup basil pesto
  • 1/2 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes drained and chopped
  • 1 cup peas frozen, thawed


  • In a large pot, cook pasta according to manufacturers directions until al dente.
  • Drain pasta and toss with fresh basil pesto.
  • Add sun-dried tomatoes and peas and toss to combine. 
  • Serve immediately while warm or chill in fridge until ready to eat.
