Blackberry Coconut Protein Shake
Super simple protein shake made with frozen blackberries, flaked coconut, and coconut milk for a sweet treat anytime of the day.
strawberry protein powder
fresh or frozen
unsweetened coconut milk
Place all ingredients except for flaked coconut into blender and blend on high until smooth.
Add flaked coconut and blend for another 15-30 seconds.
Pour into glass and serve immediately.
If smoothie is too thick, add extra water to thin out to your taste
Optional sweetener may also be added.
