Ingredients

scoop
vanilla protein powder
1/2
cup
chai tea
1/2
tsp
ground nutmeg
1/2
tsp
ground cardamom
1/2
cup
unsweetened almond milk
1
cup
ice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
If your smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk or water.
