Ingredients
2lbsboneless beef chuck roastthinly sliced
1cupbeef broth
1/4cupsoy sauce
1/4cupoyster sauce
1/4cuppacked light brown sugar
1Tbspsesame oil
3clovesgarlicminced
2Tbspcorn starch
2headsbroccolicut into florets
Instructions
In slow cooker, add sliced beef and begin cooking on low.
In a medium bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and garlic. Pour over beef in slow cooker and toss to coat.
Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
About 30 minutes before the end of cooking, whisk together 1/4 cup water and cornstarch in a small bowl. Pour over beef and toss to coat, then add broccoli and stir together. Cover and cook on high for additional 30 minutes.
