Apples sliced thin, coated in cinnamon sugar, and baked to crispy perfection create a sweet treat that is sure to please!

Preheat oven to 200° F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
If desired, core apples before slicing. Slice apples 1/8 inch think with mandolin slicer or carefully with a knife. Add apple slices, cinnamon, and sugar to bowl and toss to combine.
Lay apple slices in single layer on prepared baking sheet being careful to not overlap slices.
Bake in 200° F oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and flip them over. Place back into over for another hour, then turn the oven off and let them cool in the oven - when they cool completely this is when they will crisp up.
