Shrimp Beer Boil
Quick and easy shrimp boil combines potatoes, corn and shrimp with cajun seasoning to create a delicious one pot meal.

Ingredients

oz
pale ale
6
cups
water

Tbsp
Old Bay seasoning
1
medium
yellow onion
cut in 8 wedges
1
lb
baby gold potatoes
cut into chunks
4
ears
fresh sweet corn
cut into thirds
1
lb
shrimp
peel on
Instructions
In a large stockpot add beer, water, and old bay seasoning and stir to combine.
Bring to soft boil, over medium heat, and add onion and baby gold potatoes. Boil for 10 minutes or until potatoes are about 1/2 done.
Add corn and shrimp and return to boil, cooking for additional 10 minutes or so until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
Remove from heat and let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
