Watermelon Kiwi Prosecco Punch
Switch your regular mimosa for this watermelon kiwi mimosa with fresh watermelon and kiwi and kicked up with a little watermelon vodka.
Yield: 6 servings
- 6 cups watermelon cubed
- 4 kiwi peeled
- 1/2 cup watermelon vodka
- 1 (750ml) bottle prosecco
In a blender, add watermelon cubes and kiwi. Blend on hig for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Pour mixture through fine mess strainer into large jug to remove seeds and pulp. Add vodka and stir.
Pour watermelon mixture 1/2 way into glass and top with prosecco. Garnish with mint and extra kiwi slices, if desired and serve.
