Cheeseburger sliders made sloppy joe style with chopped beef mixed with ketchup, relish, and a little sriracha then topped with cheddar cheese and baked to gooey perfection.

Ingredients
20dinner rolls
1mediumyellow oniondiced
2lbsground beef
1/3cupdill relish
2tspsriracha sauce
1/2cupketchup
10slicesAmerican cheeseor shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400° F and lightly coat 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large skillet, add diced onion and ground beef. Cook, stirring and breaking apart the beef, occasionally until cooked through; about 6-8 minutes.
While the beef is cooking, slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottoms in the bottom of the baking dish.
When the beef is done, remove from heat and stir in the dill relish, ketchup, and sriracha sauce.
Scoop the mixture onto the top of the bottom buns and then top evenly with cheese. Add the tops of the buns and place in the oven.
Bake at 400° F for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
Remove from oven, let cool for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
