Classic Guacamole

Today I wanted to share with you my favorite guacamole recipe. This is the recipe I use just about evey time I make guacamole… which is quite often because I love avocados. I'm the one that can each an entire avocado straight from out of the skin with a spoon, that's how much I love avocados.

What I love about this recipe is that it is super simple and while it has a bunch of flavors, they are subtle and really let the creamy avocado be the star of the show. Like they should be.

I have also fully realized that I should have posted this recipe and my Michelada recipe closer to the beginning of the month becauseof Cinco de Mayo. Oh well, there I go being late again and a horrible food blogger.

  • 3 avocados pitted and peeled
  • 1 jalapeño minced

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mash together until well-mixed and a few lumps are still visible.
