I’ve been using fitness apps for years now.
Ever since I canceled my gym membership more than 6 years ago, I have been relying on fitness apps to help me power through workouts and get a sweat in everyday.
And yes, I still do take the occasional hot yoga class or barre class with a friend when the opportunity presents itself but for the most part, I workout at home (or on the go) with my workout DVDs or some of these apps.
Of course, everyone loves their gym classes but not everyone has the time or money to get to the gym. It feels like gym memberships just keep getting more and more expensive, but what can you do?
