Mmmmmm… Pumpkin spice… the flavor of fall!
To me, there’s nothing better than a fall inspired shake packed with protein and pumpkin flavor.

Little bit of pumpkin pie spice and a good amount of pumpkin puree make this shake anything but ordinary… and makes everything a little better.

Blend yourself up one today. I’m sure you have all the ingredients already and then enjoy!!

Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake
Skip your yearly pumpkin latte and replace it with this protein packed pumpkin spice protein shake instead.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 10 oz unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glass and enjoy immediately!
